Onboarding and user activation

To ensure good user activation, we needed to bring value as soon as possible. That's why we designed a simple onboarding flow to connect the organization's CRM and map technologies they want to track. It all resulted in a web app experience where users start with a platform full of insights for their sales and marketing teams.

Rich data for effective decisions

Ravel provides a lot of information about customers and leads, so we needed a flexible solution adaptable to every use case. We achieved this with customizable data tables, dynamic lists, and robust filtering.

Information design and data visualisation

Data is way more powerful when it drives immediate action. We looked at what we learned from our research and figured out what insights really matter, and then we designed a detailed web app view with that in mind.

Dynamic notifications on what’s important

For customer success teams working in B2B tech companies, it is crucial to be aware of clients who are at risk. To address this issue, we developed a dynamic notification system that enables users to receive timely information about potential risks in a way that was never possible before.

New website

To provide Ravel with a platform for their marketing and sales, we designed and built a new marketing website from the ground up. The website follows our minimalistic, data-oriented, and scalable visual design approach. We designed it, built it with Webflow, then tested and launched it.

Brand kit and visual comms

Our team also supported Ravel with numerous marketing materials and visual communications. During our partnership, we designed presentation templates, social media posts, book covers, and much more.
