How it went

The event with Dara from Silpo went exactly as planned — a full house and a genuinely engaged crowd. We sold out all tickets and raised 26,900₴ for the Armed Forces through the event.

Dara’s talk opened up a lot of practical discussions around scaling design inside a large retail ecosystem, navigating real-world constraints, and dealing with the inevitable f*ckups along the way. After the session, everyone stayed for snacks, wine, and relaxed conversations that turned into a nice mix of networking and honest design talk.
